Spiro Ear Cuff is cast in sterling silver. It is fluid and playful and can be worn on either the left or the right ear. Our model is photographed wearing it on the right ear with the spiral twisting down but it can be inverted and worn on the left ear with the spiral end twisting up. (Diamond not included). Our ear cuffs require no piercings. Starting near the top of the ear, simply slide the cuff down along the edge of the ear's cartilage. If minor adjustments are needed, you may gently open or close the opening of the ear cuff to accommodate the thickness of your ear using a pair of needle-nose pliers.
